Save the date, it's Hello Summer

Archived Brussel Bad/Bruxelles les Bains, Hello Summer is here to stay. From July 25th , a series of pop-up events, strictly open-air, will take over the City. Le Motel and Lefto scheduled to perform at the opening.

Spending your summer break in Brussels? Geen probleem: the city has you covered. Hello Summer is set to fill the gap of public events designed for the year’s warmest season. A last-minute fix that promises to sweep away the staunchest nostalgia for the urban beach on Akenkaai/quai des Péniches.

With four locations selected, the municipality has scheduled a month-long program for all ages and interests. From beach volley to yoga sessions, from movie screenings to workshops and live performances, Hello Summer aims to become the place to be during these holidays.

Music is the initiative's standout piece. For the opening, local A-listers Le Motel and Lefto will have the stage, while Kiosk Radio Soundsystem takes care of the DJ set. In the days to follow, you’ll catch hip-hop duo Yellowstraps at the Kongreskolom, Arden at Ambiorixsquare, Marka at Peter Benoitplein, Moka Boka at Leopoldsquare and many more to come.
