In Clermont-Ferrand, Médéric declares his love for a fifty-year-old prostitute. But Isadora is married and does not care much for bits on the side. Things do not become easier when he takes in a young homeless person who the other residents of the apartment building suspect of being involved in a terrorist attack.
The trailer for this deliberately clichéd vaudeville does not convince, but director and cross-thinker Alain Guiraudie always ensures remarkable scenes. Remember his homoerotic, mysterious thriller L'inconnu du lac.
