I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels

There’s a new jewellery shop on rue Dansaertstraat. Before you go: “Well, that sounds expensive,” you should know that I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels stocks pretty silver and gold-plated accessories...priced between 19 and 89 euros. The label was founded about a year and a half ago in Antwerp, by partners Margaux and Gilles. They both have a background in jewellery: Margaux as a goldsmith and Gilles as a diamond cutter. One day, they decided to launch their own line of quality jewellery. One with an affordable price tag, as they feel everybody should be able to treat themselves to a nice bit of bling every now and then. And we couldn’t agree more. The entire collection has rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings in sterling silver, and a yellow or rose gold-plated version. Quite popular, and sold in about 40 different shops all over Europe, and even in Singapore. Since a couple of weeks, there is a shop in Brussels too. You’ll find I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels on rue Dansaertstraat in an all-white cosy boutique. Marvel at all the pretty and shiny (arm) candy, from cute little bracelets with statements like “Live love laugh” or “Make a wish” to sparkly rings with rock crystals. And from long necklaces with a tube pendant to mini stud earrings. Every item is available in silver or gold-plated form, and is made either in Antwerp or in Italy. Go for a set in the same colour or mix and match...anything goes. There are two collections per year, but always in the same style. When you buy something now, you can easily add something from the new collection later on. Summer should bring some extra pop to the shop, with coral and turquoise tones and bracelets with fluorescent straps. And for those who fancy a bit of extra sparkle, I.Ma.Gi.N. does diamond rings as well, on demand, setting you back just under 400 euro. Nice addition to the area.
