Antonia Baehr regularly appears at the Beursschouwburg, so she was an indispensable addition to The Future Is Feminist. She is even presenting a first: although she has long been known as a director, filmmaker, sound artist, performer, and choreographer, she claims to be staging her very first dance piece.

In Normal Dance, Baehr and two other non-professional dancers will allow their particular physicality and movements to be guided by snippets from Gertrude Stein’s 1927 libretto for the opera Four Saints in Three Acts, as well as experimental music by female composers on the record player of Djane CC Emperatriz.
