Restaurant La Général: 'We avoid the Mexican clichés'

A Belgian brother and sister who grew up in Mexico returned to open a restaurant here. Through food, they want to share their bicultural experience with Brussels. "In Mexico I cooked like they do in Belgium and in Belgium I cooked like they do in Mexico, because I missed the biculturalism. Our speciality is taco al pastor. We also serve very good mole. Ceviche is one of our top dishes."
