Since 2005, the documentary film festival Punto de Vista in Pamplona has developed into one of the best of its kind in Europe. Cinematek is screening a sampling of the latest edition, clustered into thematic modules like “Correspondences” and “Placing the Body”.

The latter section features the underground classic Ritual in Transfigured Time by Maya Deren. There are also many celebrated films from the official 2018 competition. One eye-catcher is Flores by Jorge Jácome, about an uncontrollable plague of hydrangeas on the Azores.
