The Brooklyn-based artist Sam Moyer’s works are housed in permanent collections like those of the Whitney Museum in New York and the Louis Vuitton Foundation in Paris. Rodolphe Janssen is now hosting her third solo show at the gallery.

Sam Moyer: Tension and Balance
She is further expanding the universe of her poetic research into the many forms, textures, weight, timespan, and the mutual dialogue between materials.
In addition to her paintings, in which she creates a surprising field of tension (and balance) between the painted canvas and weathered, found and repurposed pieces of stone or marble, she is also exhibiting a number of intriguing pieces of fused glass.
