Seen in Brussels : heart of light in Laken cemetery

In Laken cemetery, next to Rodin's thinker is the monument honoring Louise Flignot and Léonce Evrard. Several weeks in the year, the sun forms a heart of light.

When the wife of sculptor Léonce Evrard died, his heart was shattered. He created a funerary monument unlike any other: the statue of a grieving woman pointing towards the top of the wall. Shortly before noon, this time of the year, a heart of light forms hear her hand
