Female cops remain a stark minority: 'Having the right personality is important - gender isn't'

Just 15 percent of police chiefs in Brussels are women. For superintendent chiefs, that figure decreases to less than 6 percent. Women remain a minority in the police force. Interior Minister Joelle Milquet wants to take measures to turn this situation round.
