Bruno Bulthé was the Brussels public prosecutor for 7 years. Bulthé built a reputation as an examining magistrate. He dived headfirst into the Beaulieu case and the six murders committed by Andras Pandy. Bulthé was the man with the pipe. Today, he's 65 and he's closing the door on the Brussels courts.
