The Flemish Parliament debated the General policy declaration today. Flemish Minister for Brussels, Sven Gatz, wants more collaboration with the Brussels Region and with the political institutions of the French-speakers. The opposition says Gatz is opening his umbrella now so he can't be blamed later if things don't work out.
