Twee Handel operas in de Munt: 'Classical esthetic clothes, but the topics are very current'

Starting today, De Munt is offering two Handel operas in a row, but they're not his most famous works. For Handel lovers, though, they're gems: excellent music, excellent voices, marvellous lighting and the baroque background of a 18th century theater.
