Construction of shopping mall Docks Bruxsel goes forward despite cancelled permit

There's a new twist in the saga of the shopping malls in our region. The Council of State cancelled the socio-economic permit of Docks Bruxsel. It's the shopping mall being built near Van Praetbrug. Without that permit, there can be no commercial activity in the shopping mall. But in the meantime, the realtor will keep on building this complex.
