Iris hospitals headed to third year in red numbers: 'Hurtling toward catastrophe'

The hospital network Iris records losses for the third consecutive year. They concern the hospitals in the canal zone, UZ Brussel and Erasmus of the ULB. Iris finds itself again in the red despite the 10 millions financed by the Region. This financial insecurity is the reason for a new strategic plan spread out over three years, instead of the long run.
