Deceased homeless people remembered: 'I go to 20 to 30 funerals of homeless people every year'

Last year, 46 homeless people died in the streets of Brussels. They're remembered in Brussels Town Hall like every year for the past 10 years. Their number has been on a constant increase and today, twice as many people die in the streets of Brussels as 10 years ago.
