On Tuesday, the winter sales have started in Brussels. And, as always, lots of people were out and about at the crack of dawn to find the best deals. On this first day, the biggest crowd could be found at the Nieuwstraat. In smaller shopping streets and at malls, it was calmer. In the Dansaert Street too, things were quiet. Comeos is satisfied, but NSZ calls the start of the sales period 'quite slow'.
