Brussels Tea Festival: 'Tea is like wine, with a great wealth of flavours'

We head to the Flagey building for the first ever Brussels Tea Festival, organised by the non-profit organisation Tea Circle. "We invite ceramists, tea producers and tea experts from all over the world. And we teach people how to make tea and what exactly tea is about. People are curious, but often don't really know what to do with tea and how to choose it."
