BRUZZ International: beer café GIST, Ayurvedic cooking and yoga for kids

In this BRUZZ International we drink Belgian craft beers, 18 of them on tap, at GIST. We also learn Ayurvedic cooking with vegetables from an ex-librarian who stopped eating meat in Africa. Then we attend a children's yoga class. We finish with an Italian ex-pilot who has written a book partly based on his younger years.
