La vieille Chéchette is a non-profit café and bookshop in Saint-Gilles. It also has a choir that meets every Wednesday evening and sings in all languages. They sing revolutionary songs in the spirit of La vieille Chéchette, as well as rock and classical songs. They give a concert once a year. "I like that on Wednesdays I think: I should do something, I am going to the choir. If we don't do it in the summer, it feels like something is missing."
