65 degrés is a fine dining restaurant on Avenue Louise where two-thirds of the staff have a mental disability. They work as waiters, do the washing up and slice the bread. "The biggest challenge is the lack of self-confidence. Many of these young people have often been told that something was not possible or that they would never be able to do it. Here we prove the contrary."
