The friends Jelena and Milena make Serbian pittas, filled pastry dishes. But to avoid confusion with the doner kebabs that you find everywhere in Belgium, they call their creations kumas. "We enjoy making fillings every day. We make kumas with vegetables and with different kinds of meat." And at the Balkan Trafik Festival, which takes place from 28 April to 1 May, Kuma(s) will be in charge of catering.
