We started with four perfectly balanced dips; hummus (€6), moutabal (€7.50), labneh (€8), and muhamarra (€8), a lesser-known Syrian dish, each served with a slice of Moroccan-style bread, and moved on to four beautiful and entirely vegetarian dishes: falafel (€6.50), sabih (€7.50), berloumi (€8), and cauliflower shawarma (€7).
We loved the crunchy fritters made with chick peas or cauliflower, and the grilled halloumi, tarator sauce, and vine leaves. They also have homemade organic lemonades (€3), a small but excellent choice of beers, and wines from Les Vignerons d’Estézargues.
