Les Brigittines is making time stand still and filling an evening with three dance solos by three renowned choreographers that have gone on to lead a life of their own.
Historic dance solos at Les Brigittines
Pierre Droulers is reprising Les beaux jours for the third time – inspired by the paintings by Balthus, and danced by Malika Djardi. Thirty years after its première, Michèle Noiret has entrusted her 1989 solo Vertèbre to dancer Sara Tan.
And Lisbeth Gruwez as Penelope is repeating the dazzling tour de force with which she, as the only woman, responded to the exclusively male cast of the Odyssey-marathon at the KVS last season.
