The choreography duo Thomas Plischke (ex-P.A.R.T.S.) and Kattrin Deufert have a radical conception of the democratization of art and shared authorship, and explore ways to annihilate the distinction between creator and viewer.

For Letters to Dance, they invited people in schools, old people’s homes, libraries, cafés, and community centres across the world, to write letters about dance. They are now doing the same during workshops in Brussels.

Everybody is also welcome to submit sketches of dance movements for the closing Bal Populaire, in which artists like Benjamin Vandewalle, Cynthia Loemij, and Alain Franco will also take part.
