Every country must be lumbered with its clichés. When someone mentions polar nights, lumberjacks, skiing, saunas, and a country that rolled up its sleeves to rebuild itself after the war and become a world leader in mobile telephones, one thinks, of course, of Finland.

We can also add strong, sometimes hot-headed women to the list, like these seven circus performers who, with nostalgia and savage humour, pick apart the dreamt-up labels that are attached to their country. They perform a series of pieces featuring swinging trapeze, tightrope, silks, rola-bola, and hand-to-hand balancing, to the sound of wild rock music performed live. As they say in Finland: Uskomaton!
