Power Play
One of the productions that is running there is the dance creation aCORdo by Cia REC and Brazilian choreographer Alice Ripoll. She is working with four dancers from the favelas in Rio. They show the audience that even the safe environment of the theatre can only exist by the grace of twisted social relationships that are sometimes maintained by dubious power plays.
