It's been exceptionally warm and sunny for several days. We like it, but the Cantillon brewery in Anderlecht is not that pleased. Their Lambic is the only beer in the world that is cooled in the open air. The ideal temperature for the cooling process ranges from 0 to 5 degrees. This week, the temperatures at night were much too high, so for now, no more beer is being brewed.
