Brussels-City enforces its right to take over management of empty buildings

In Rue des Fripiers, the City took possession for the first time of an unoccupied property that the owner refused to renovate. The City can do so if it enforces it right of public management. The property temporarily becomes the possession of the City, the City renovates it to create housing.
