Clerfayt wants to create a center for transit migrants

On Tuesday, Schaarbeek Mayor Bernard Clerfayt (Défi) appealed to the Federal Government regarding the problem of transit migrants around North Station. This doesn't concern only the migrants, but also the local residents and the shopkeepers on the territory of Schaarbeek. “The local police and the municipal services can't handle everything on their own. I appeal to the government to create a temporary orientation and reception center.”
