In this BRUZZ International, we zoom in on the Vietnamese community in Brussels. We sample traditional and modern Vietnamese cuisine at restaurants Le Nénuphar and Nénu. Then we celebrate the Vietnamese New Year. We also meet Maria Truong, who was born and raised in Denmark yet feels mostly Vietnamese. Finally, we discover the poetry of Quynh de Prelle.
