Celebrating Thanksgiving in Brussels: 'We want to spread the spirit of abundance'

On Thanksgiving itself and the following day, some American-Brussels entrepreneurs are organising a dinner. Daniel Fastenau of Tipsy Tribe is providing the beer, Laura Oppenheimer of Eat Dessert First is baking pie, and Palmer Colamarino is making his restaurant CHEZWaWa available. "Do not expect a traditional roast turkey with stuffing, but rather our Californian-Mexican cuisine with a Thanksgiving twist. For example, turkey enchiladas and tortilla soup with sweet potato."
