Salvatore Adamo worked in the car industry for 25 years before opening his own catering business in Saint-Gilles. He sells hot sandwiches and Liège waffles. "I work with focaccia and other Italian products like gorgonzola, coppa, scamorza. The bread is easily digestible, which makes it perfect for people who work in offices."
