Miska surprises with Lebanese delicacies and elastic ice cream in special flavours. And the star of the show is ice cream based on ashta, a kind of thick cream, with orange blossom and pistachios. "One day last year, my wife and partner wanted to buy Lebanese ice cream in Brussels, but we couldn't find a place that sold it. That's how the idea for Miska was born."
