Two years ago, IT consultant Quynh Le opened her Kaki Cake Bar in Saint-Gilles. She sells more than a hundred kinds of tea, as well as Asian pastries such as Japanese cheesecake, mochi doughnuts and her very own 'ka bao'. "Many Japanese customers have told us that the flavours are very similar. And we also have a lot of international customers who work for the European Commission. They like to come here because our products are not sweet at all. We try to limit the amount of sugar."
