The Lebanese restaurant Mont Liban in the centre of Brussels will soon be a quarter of a century old. Founder Gergis Bou Jaoude is in his 70s, but still works seven days a week. "I came to Belgium in 1991 and ten years later I opened my own Lebanese restaurant. Gradually, my restaurant became known within the Lebanese community and among Europeans and Belgians."
