The Spanish Elisabet and the Italian Daniele run the restaurant Palo Alto together. They make traditional dishes from both cuisines and serve gin in the same way as in Spain. "When we arrived here eight years ago, our first gin and tonic was terrible. We decided to serve gin as in Barcelona and Madrid in our future restaurant."
