Beiruti is a Lebanese restaurant that recently opened its doors near Sainte-Catherine. It has five kitchens, where they prepare everything from traditional dishes to street food. Founder Nehme Darwiche: "We go to the roots. We make the food like in Lebanon, with ingredients from Lebanon."
