Edgar's Flavors in Ixelles: 'We specialise in tequila and mezcal'

Edgar's Flavors is a cocktail bar near the Avenue Louise, founded by a Ukrainian-Italian couple. They have the largest collection of agave spirits in Belgium and also offer cocktails based on Ukrainian spirits and ingredients. "I have always added a Ukrainian touch here and there. But since the war, I really want people to know that there is a Ukrainian culture as well as Ukrainian ingredients."
