We visit a PSA centre, a temporary day centre for the homeless in a former Peugeot garage in Brussels. It is run by the Red Cross Belgium in cooperation with several non-profit organisations. The homeless can come here with all kinds of requests for help, to rest, shower or have a meal.

Numerous volunteers are involved in the organisation, just for the distribution of 900 meals a day. The Red Cross would like the help to be permanent: "The humanitarian need in Brussels is enormous and you need places like this. And anyone who wants to help in their own city is welcome as a volunteer in the PSA centre."
