Bernardo D'Annolfo dreamed of being a pizzaiolo since he was 13 years old. In his hometown Mondragone he learned the trade from the best and then came to Brussels to open his own pizzeria. Educazione Napoletana now has two establishments, one in Ixelles and one in Anderlecht. "We want to educate people by serving them a real Neapolitan pizza in Belgium," he says.
