Gault & Millau has awarded restaurant Old Boy with the national title of Asian Restaurant of the Year. Founders John and Xavier envisioned bringing the atmosphere of the night markets in Bangkok and Taipei to Ixelles. "We wanted to re-create the experience of eating at an Asian table, trying different dishes all together. And a fusion restaurant really relates to who we are. For example, I am half Thai and half Belgian. My partner is half Taiwanese and half French."
