Tanguy Ottomer was proclaimed by CNN as one of the seven savviest guides in the world. In his new book 'Time Machine Brussels', he juxtaposes fifty archive photos of Brussels with fifty photos he took in the same place today. "I am a very melancholic person, absolutely. Of course, I did not experience Expo 58, but when I see those images... I can totally imagine what it must have been like in the past."
