Vedat is a family restaurant run by chef Vedat Metres and his wife Zeynep. The menu is inspired by his home region, where vegetables and olive oil are the main ingredients. "We have a lot of vegan options, but we also have meat and fish dishes. In other words, traditional Turkish food, a mixture of European and Mediterranean cuisine."
