Gilles came to Brussels with his mother shortly after the Tutsi genocide. He built a career in banking here but is now giving back to the community with his Kunoza coffee project. "We want to guarantee consumers, roasters and individuals that our coffee is of high quality, but also that it has an impact in the country of origin."
