Miguel Oliver is a Spanish painter based in Brussels. For him, painting is a vocation but also a form of meditation and contemplation. "I have been lucky lately and my large paintings are selling well. But it is not decisive for an artist whether he can make a living from his art. It is something I struggled with when my work was not selling."
