Pokébar Tadao: 'It all started with a fisherman from Hawaii'

The places where you can eat poké are becoming more and more numerous in Brussels. 'Poké' means cubes of raw fish in Hawaiian. One such poké bar is Tadao, open since a year around Saint-Boniface. Owner Cédric discovered the concept during a long world trip with his family. "If both adults and children like it, there's something in it," he says.
