Carmine Russo is the owner of 'naPizzà, a Neapolitan pizzeria in Etterbeek. "I have been earning my living with pizza for 37 years. The passion arose when my grandmother started a pizzeria many years ago. Back then, pizzas were still wrapped in newspaper." Nowadays the family combines those traditions with a touch of innovation.
