Two years ago, Tim Jansens took over the Greek brasserie Athoise and changed the name to Bij/Chez Jansens & Jansens. But now he is passing the torch to France Dauby, who fell in love with the place as a customer. "When I first walked in, I thought: what is this place? It's an old bar, but you also have the meal of the day, which is full of creativity and made by Tim. I want to keep that strange mix."
