Mike & Becky is the first organic bean-to-bar chocolate workshop and shop in Brussels. It's owned by a Russian-German couple who believe in producing chocolate in a sustainable and fair way. "Our focus has always been on the simple bar. We wanted to go back to the basics. And we always put the name of the plantation on the front of the packaging. With wine, you also want to know where the vineyard is."
