We start this BRUZZ International in the up-and-coming Union district in Forest. Bistro Perruche opened there a year ago. In neighbouring Saint-Gilles, we visit the Tic Tac Lab, where kids can learn to code, 3D print and laser cut. We also have a drink at the Cantine Josée in Saint-Josse, an annual project of the GC Ten Noey, and meet a Greek flute player who can now call Brussels home.
